Hi ,

The Gen10 devices can be configured for remote monitoring using RIBCL, SNMP, SNMPv3 protocol's.

The RIBCL protocol is recommanded methode for remote monitoring.

However, you have chosen to monitor using SNMPv1, please perform steps given in below link under "Configuring SNMP settings":

Need to make sure SNMP community string is also configured in your IRS host server also. If you need assistance you could also log a support case with HPE.
