IRSA : Incorrect Customer Contact : IRSA 5.7
Hi,
IRSA is not picking up new customer contact for automatic calls(Case ids), still old customer contact is reflected in OPT tool eventhough this information is updated in SIM & Webes? How could it be fixed?
Note : However when we open attachment details(OPT case id) it is reflected with correct customer contact where as in OPT tool incorrect customer customer contact is reflected.(cases are related to Device Unreachable Alerts)

Hi Naveen,
Given that that attachment contains the correct customer contact, it appears that IRSA is correctly picking up the value. It's unclear why OPT is not getting updated. I'm not sure this is one we can easily address through the forum, so I would recommend logging a support case at http://www.hp.com/go/rstechsupport and the HP support team can work with you directly.
