ISEE generated cases overide address within WFM case
Hi, I have a customer with EVA's, WEBES 4.5 on management server & ISEE installed. Whenever a call is generated by ISEE the wfm case retrieves the correct site address for the equipment from the support agreement & SAID id, however the case then gets an overide address entered which appears to be the address registered within ISEE of the management server that reported the alert. Therefore if the management server is at a diferent site address to the faulty equipment the case gets misrouted & parts & engineer get dispatched to the wrong site!! Can anyone help please....
