No show support contact to fill information when I install ISEE

No show support contact to fill information when I install ISEE


I install ISEE and follow step instruction. First fill information in contact section option. then press submit. but it doesn't show support contact form.

I understand that the suport contact form(like same attached file) should show after I fill information in contact section.


Then I cannot open incident and close incident.

Please help to suggest me.
