OSEM 1.4.4 ==> Remote Delivery Down

Hello Everyone ,

my OSEM system was up und runnig since months. Now i've a problem with the Remote Delivery.
The events have the Status "Stalled". A retry fails. I'm able to reach the website http://isee.americas.hp.com/mots/motserv but i can't reach the site :
isee-front.cce.hp.com:2112 ==> here i got a timeout.
On the left site of the OSEM Window i've a red button " Remote Delivery Down. I can't see any suspicious in the Log file only a entry with "retry expired".

Any Suggestions ??

Hi,

"Remote Delivery down" means OSEM cannot send event upstream to either ISEE (version 3) or SIM (version 5). It has nothing to do with ISEE Backend.

You can make sure ISEE is working, if it's, then you need to look at OSEM configuration. I have another post earlier that I explained how to troubleshoot this issue, please take a look in this forum.
