Remote Support Common Components A.05.60 install fails

Remote Support Common Components A.05.60 install fails

Server is running Windows 2008 R2 SP1.

 

All the other components run successfully, but this component fails.

 

When looking through the logs, the only thing i See is:

NVD009409W [Pooltab_replace] 20:54:52 [RADPINIT / 00001bb4] SYSTEM --?  Can't open file [C:\PROGRA~2\HP\CM\Lib\ZERROR.EDM] because (No such file or directory) (v109)

 

Ideas???
