Remote Support Configuration can't communicate with HP SIM

Hi,

I am configuring Remote Support Pack to work with HP SIM 5.2, the entitlement tab under Remote support configuration and services is working fine however, other Tabs like “SAN services”, “Storage services”, and “components” are reporting the error “Can’t communicate with HP SIM”

Any idea?
