RS not Picking up Entitlement Information

RS not Picking up Entitlement Information

I have SIM and Remote Support installed on the same server. SIM is picking up warranty info but Remote Support is not and is not even showing S/N, product #, etc. I logged onto the server and ran System Event analyzer and tried to get the entitlement warranty infor for a couple of my servers there. I received the following error on page:
Message: 'document.managedEntity.SERIAL_NUMBER.value' is null or not an object
Line: 88
Char: 4
Code: 0
Any idea what the issue is? The serial number is correct, and it looks like an error in the code.
