RSA and Wbem

Hi HP team, I'm currently converting our HP management environment from SNMP to a WBEM only environment. Will RS continue to run once I turn off SNMP on all managed nodes and the Insight control Servers which are running RS? Thanks.

The short answer is "no, not really".   The long answer really depends on what types of devices are

in your environment.

I would recommend you use the HP SIM configuration guides, and the Insight Remote Support Advanced documentation to determine what protocols are required for specific devices.

I don't have the HP SIM documentation link handy..

Wholesale moving from SNMP is likely to cause problems, as there are still many devices that require it to be supported properly.
