rscc64.msi installer fails win server 2008 R2

Issue: The current install package for Insight Remote Support Advanced - A.05.45 RS Advanced 04-16-10 (with WEBES 6.0) includes the HP Remote Support Configuration Collector (RSCC). The RSCC fails to install on Windows 2008 R2. The MSI (rscc64.msi) rejects the version identifier 601.

Does anyone know how we get HP to repackage the installer package to include VersionNT 601 to it will run on R2?

IRS A.05.40 is not supported on Windows 2008 R2. Propably the nex version will.
