RSP and SAN Configuration

in HPSIM under the Remote Support Configuration and Services using the SAN Services Tab I'm trying to add a Windows Server.
I've not found a way to be able to add Domain Credentials as a . I can get the test to work if I use a local account, but whenever I try a domain account (usual format of domain\username it fails the connectivity test.

Is this possible?
I know the username / password combination works.
