RSSWM slow when contacting/downloading from HP

Installed SIM 5.3 and RSSWM Advanced (from a downloaded depot) All installs completed successfully. Now i start up Remote Support Software Manager and under the Actions link I click Test. This test does work but take at least 10 minutes to complete which is extreemly slow. Also I attmpte to click the Install link on the WEBES package and it to is VERY slow. Yes I know it is well over 100MB but this should not take all night which fails since every night there is a network glitch where I loose connectivity.

Any ideas how to speed this RSSWM connectivity to HP up?
Any help would be appreciated.
