Setting the organisation contact name and number for an organisation

Hi,

We need to change the contact name and number for the calls being sent to HPE from IRS. 

The call log includes the detail:-

Created from: Incident# xxxxxxxx
Customer: yyyyyyyy
Contact Name: Joe Soap
Contact Cell: (111) 2223333
Contact Phone: (111) 4442222

Where/how do we change the fields Contact Name, Contact Cell, and Contact Phone?

Use the menu in the upper left corner of the user interface to select "Customer Information".

Then you will see a tab called "Contacts".  Select the contact you wish to change, edit the details and press "save"
