testing upgrade of isee version A.03.95.500

Has anyone had issues when upgrading ISEE on windows? It will uninstall the previous version but not install the new version and then all configuration information is lost. I have the log file but it doesn't mean anything to me. I don't know what I am looking for in it.

Alice:

ISEE 03.95.500 is EoL come July. You should be moving off of ISEE or at least thinking about moving off... to RSP or IRS.

What version are you currently running?
Do you mean that you are you trying to install Insight Remote Support?

What type of server is this running on? (aside from the fact tat it is a Windows OS).
