Tru64 after install ISEE
I got message " Your system Entitlement not been set" .
The problem is I can't choose Entitlement Type there is no option
I have restarted HP servers and checked webes etc all seems ok.

Re: Tru64 after install ISEE
Paul,
Logon to the GUI, then click on:
Configuration options, then System, between the Company info and Proxy Server, you should see these boxes:
Serial number:
Product Number:
Contract Identifier (Case Sensitive):
Contract Type:
If you do, fill them out according to your Contract and Submit.
If you don't see this section, most likely your Server is unable to communicate with HP backend.
Another thing to check is
Server Name = (must have the correct Backend) (or your SPOP if applicable)
Regards,

Re: Tru64 after install ISEE
Found that upgrading the the latest webes version resolved the problem , also leaving the hostname blank.
