Does anyone have an estimated idea how long it usually takes for an actual hardware event to show up in SIM/SEA? Does it depend on the criticality of the error? If it is informational vs critical failed device?

Hi Alice,

With the current version of RSP OSEM is handling service events sent by SNMP Traps. WEBES/SEA is handling most of the service events which use WBEM and WCCproxy communication.
Typical system management events are filtered out and are visible only in HP-SIM.
