SCA drives (the drive types that are in the two bays of the rx4640) are AUTO ASSIGNING scsi ID's.
In fact, ALL SCA drives are automatically assigned their SCSI ID's based on the SCA hotplug architecture, I believe.
Assigning an ID is automatic, and you shouldn't have to worry about it technically.
