CPQHLTH-MIB Support
Hi,
I am trying to get the information provided on the CPQHLTH MIB (http://www.oidview.com/mibs/232/CPQHLTH-MIB.html). This MIB is supposed to be supported using the HP Integrity Essentials Foundation Pack (HPIEFP). I installed the software using Smart Setup Management CD 3.63 but I am unable to get access to any OID on that MIB.
I am able to query the system other objects, so I think this is not a SNMP community settings problem.
Here is my info:
System : HP rx4640
OS : RHAS 4U4
BMC : 4.05
SFW : 4.21
EFI : 5.48
HP IMA Agent : 3.3-22
I have installed and monitored those objects on proliants and familiar with the SNMP configuration required. On a proliant SMH you could be able to see the information provided on that MIB under Settings->Environment. Right know on integrity I only get a Thermal Status : OK.
I know of other integrity systems (rx3600, which I don't have access) which support this MIB. The MIB was installed at /usr/share/snmp/mibs but is not working.
I also checked machine specs and it has lots of sensing information, so the hardware is there.
Do I need to install some additional software?
regards,
freddy
