Disable CPU on rx6660

Hi,
I have the licence problem and need to disable 2 of 4 CPUs on my server rx6660 with HP-UX 11.31 ver. 2009/03. Is there any possibility to disable them from HP-UX/server BIOS or I need to realy remove them from the server?

Dear

please reboot the server and interrupt the boot process.
Enter the service menu with SER
Then enter
CPU x OFF
where x=the CPU number you wish to disable.

as far as I know, you can use the EFI utility cpuconfig to accomplish this.
