This is on rx-8640 Itanium. I am booted into MP menu. What next step do I take to get into EFI?

Re: How to go from MP menu to EFI shell
Type the CO command to get to the console. The machine May may already be at the EFI menu. If not, you can force the machine to reboot. If rebooting is OK then return to the MP prompt by typing ctrl-b, then type CM and then RS to reset the system. Once it says the machine has been reset, return to the MP menu with the command MA then CO to get to the console. Wait for the EFI menu to appear.
