how to install OS by PXE

Hi,
I have a BL10e server(20 pics),one of them need to reinstall windows 2003.I want to use RDP,but the software always show Sending wake-on-lan signal.Why?
I found the actual IP of client is 192.168.0.40(use PXE boot),in the list of RDP the ip of client is 192.168.0.34,I want to change 34 to 40,it always show Sending wake-on-lan signal
How can i install windows 2003 by PXE
