" 4GB DIMM LOAD ERROR "
and the server will halt I'm positive that AB475A is for an rx2620 and I don't think the memory is bad is there something else that me be causing this error?

unpack it to an usb pen drive to transfer it to the system.

Indeed, an MP (I'm not sure if the one for the rx2620 had "iLO" functionality) was optional on the rx2620 - ostensibly the installation instructions for the rx2620 firmware update should take that into account. If they don't then by all means please use any and all feedback links on the firmware download page.
If you have the money, it could be a very good thing to add an MP to the rx2620. FWIW an MP, with iLO functionality, is "standard" on all the "zx2-based" Integrities, and I think there is an MP+iLO card available for the sx2000-based (ie the cell-based) systems.
