Re: HP rx4640 and StorageWorks
Hi,
I understand from the description, it would be a Disk system 2300 (Stotageworks/surestore) SCSI connected disksystem.
It could be connected with SMART Array card(in rx4640).
- Please power of both disk system and server.
- Power on the Disk system
- Wait for some time for disk system intialization , then Power on the server.
- SA controller will report the POST results.
- Once you quit the POST prompt, the SA controller firmware prompts for ORCA (Option ROM Configuration for Arrays Utility). Press <F8> to run the Option ROM Configuration for Arrays Utility or Press <ESC> to skip configuration and continue.
- Continue with ORCA
