Management Processor is hang up(RX2620 MP)
WE have RX2620 Server, after upgrading the firmware through wndows 2003 server the MP firmware is daaged and the server is no longer booting.
if the MP port cable removed from motherboard, the sevr could show on console the EFI console
the following information for the firmware from CLI:
MP FW ??????
BMC_FW 04.04
EFI FW 05.48
System FW 04.29

The update finished succefully, and system asked for reboot.
after reboot system died.
when I diconnect MP cable from mother board system starts up but without any MP functionality

Hi Amh,
Please log a call with HP Solution Center, I could see the MP firmware gor corrupted.
The system has a separate management card , Need to replace the MP Card now, the new card will come with newer firmware.

You can call HP Response center for logging a ticket on this
