Can you please advise with nPar reformation? The status I have is following: 2 x rx8640, on each server are two nPars running, each nPar has 6CPUs, which means there are 12 CPUs per server.
I need to change configuration in following way:
On each server will remain two nPars, but one will have 4 CPUs and second 8 CPUs.
And my question is, whether this can be done online, if CPU needs to be physically replaced by technician, or I can do it online.
nPars on different systems are clustered.

So would it be possible to get following configuration:
cell0+cell2 = npar0
cell1+cell3 = npar1
cell0(4cpu)+cell2(4cpu)=12cpu
cell1(8cpu)+cell3(8cpu)=12cpu

So if I understand idea of nPars correctly, we have to stop first partition, remove CPU from there and start it. Then stop second partition and insert CPU there.
Then when both partitions are up, I need to add CPU to it and reboot system with -R option.
Is that correct?

So I'll switch off the whole system and change CPUs. There is no need to add new CPU also using command line (when server will be running again)? It'll be automatically detected within partition?
