question regarding A69A69A memory kit and RX4640 server

I would be most appreciative if someone could answer one of my questions. My question would be: would it be possible to purchase 12 of HP 4GB DDR SDRAM memory upgrade kits- with four 1.0 GB, 266MHZ memory(HP item number - A69A69A) and have it all fit in 1 rx4640 hp server?

No you can't fit in all the DIMMs (48x 1GB)out of the 12x 4GB kits in 1x rx4640 server.

On this server one can have either 16 DIMMs extender board or 32 DIMMs extender board. Refer the details available at
