reduce fan noise of rx2600
hello,
how can i make an rx2600 office ready as a workstation? is there any jumper or something else to reduce the fan noise?

Nope there isn't any jumper - these systems are designed to go in machine rooms, not under peoples desks...
If you actually have a rx2620, then there was an "office friendly" conversion kit (AD244A), which contains new fans, however:
- I don't think this kit was ever available for the rx2600. You'd need to check with your local HP office
- It isn't customer installable - you need to order engineer installation with it
- You lose all the redundant power and cooling capabilities once it is installed.
