RX 4640 MPE failure

RX 4640 MPE failure

I support an HP RX4640 Integrity server which has had the MPE fail 3 times in the last 3 years.  It's under HP service and they'll come out and change it, but this does require downtime.  Is anyone else having issues with MPE failure on these systems?
