rx4640 problem: missing FRU device - power pod 3

Hello,
i have got a rx4640 which doesn't power on. The BMC gives me the "Level Alert: Critical"-Message with following:
"Missing FRU device - Power Pod 3
Logged by Baseboard Management Controller;"....

What is FRU and is the Mainboard of this server broken?

I found out what it was.

It is the power connection of the 3rd cpu which wasn't really plugged in...
