rx7620 firmware version 4.0

Where is the rx7620 firmware version 4.0?
I'm trying to boot the OpenVMS but I cannot with the old firmware.

rx7620 QuickSpecs says that
NOTE: For OpenVMS V8.2-1, the minimum firmware version is version 4.0.

have u tried HP support as stated in the quickspecs:

If you are not able to check the firmware or if the firmware is not at version 3.20 or later, contact HP support.

I have check the firmware on rx7620, its version is 3.3.

Now I am thinking that rx7620 firmware kits are not released on the ITRC web and I should contact HP Support to get the kit.

I guess you have to be patient until the firmware is released. It's not available yet.

I knew that the firmware for large Integrity Servers are not released for the customers. I should call HP Services to upgrade them.
