hi,
In a Cell Board of an rx8640 server, what are the supported DIMM Sizes, I need to know whether 16GB DIMM modules are there and if so are they SUpported. Currently we are using 4GB DIMMS, we are planning to upgrade them.

Solution
From this list
http://h20341.www2.hp.com/integrity/cache/342113-0-0-0-121.html
"16 GB high-density DDR 2 memory module"
Details are here
http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12471_div/12471_div.HTML
in chapter Memory Configuration.
A mudole consists of a pair of dimms, so a 16GB module are 2x 8GB dimms.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
