Where can I buy a disk caddy for an rx1600?

Hi,

We have an rx1600 which has room for two disks. We have 2 disks but only one caddy. I've spoken with HP through DSPP program and unbelievingly they cannot locate anyone who can supply a caddy.

If you know where we can get/buy a caddy I would love to know.

Get the part number
(either by pulling the other caddy and
looking for one, or by checking the
for a part number in various HP manuals
(the online rx1600 user guide doesn't have
one, unfortunately))

Enter it into google.

You'll probably find a number of people
selling them.

The caddy should come with 4 bolts with
rubber grommets, for bolting the drive
into the caddy.
