Cannot create page on Frontpage Explorer

Hi All!
I created a web site with Frontpage Explorer on IIS5.0.
When I try to create a page, I get error:
"Server error: The folder "/ccq" is marked executable. You are not allowed to put files into an executable folder on this server."
When I check properties from /ccq it is equal root web:
Execute Permissions: Scripts and Executables.
If I chage to Scripts only the error message I get is:
"The server could not complete your request. Contact youe Internet service provider or web server administrator to make sure the server has the frontPage Server extensions installed. For more specific information, click Detais"

When I click in Details I get:

"The page cannot be displayed
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because the page address is incorrect.
Please try the following:
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, check that it is entered correctly.
Open the home page and then look for links to the information you want.
HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed
Internet Information Services
Technical Information (for support personnel)
More information:
Microsoft Support "

But when I get the old web sites, it work !

Please, any idea?
thanx in advance.
