Exchange 5.5 SP4 -- Unable to update public free/busy data

Whenever someone makes changes to their calendar the following error displays: "unable to update public free/busy data." The properties page for the public information store shows that Schedule+ free/busy data connector is installed, but it does not function correctly. If I double click on the Schedule+ Free/Busy System folder, there is nothing there. How do you fix this error

Was this working properly prior to upgrading to SP4 or do you know? Here's a good article that I would start with to troubleshoot the problem.

Thanks Jaime. Yes, the problem existed prior to installing SP4. I tried to perform the steps in the KB article, but I cannot add any folders to the 'Folders on This Information Store' much less add the Schedule+ Free/Busy folder. This makes me wonder if there is a problem with the intial installation. The Scedule+ Free/Busy container cannot be expanded. Do I need to add a folder for my site? If so, how?
