Forwarding emails problem..

When my co-worker in new York set up automatic forwarding emails, every time when he forward to us email, we've got 2 copies instead of one?? How to fix that issue???

Can you provide some detail as to how you are configured. Is the forwarding from an old E-mail address that now is going to a new address? Do you get duplicates all the time or just in some situations. Can you describe what type of E-mail system is being used.
