Help in MS Outlook connecting to Office365?

Just today our company whole office Outlook unable to access Office365 Exchange Server, it says Servers unavailable or something, but our Web Mail, mail.office365.com is fine. of course to my understanding the mail server is directly connected to Office365, so is obvious the webmail is fine. but how do i actually report this issue to and whom?

You'll need to report this to your sys admin and/or Microsoft.
