SolutionYou should probably run CWShredder first.
CWshredder
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4086.html
First close all windows, right click on the Explorer Icon on your desktop and select Properties then select Delete Cookies and tell it OK. When that finishes hit Delete Files (check the box in front of Delete Off-line Content and tell it OK). This one can take a while to finish be patient. Close the porperties window.
Now run the CWShredder (usually needs WinZip - you can get a demo version at at http://www.winzip.com/ ), check for updates and let it Fix your system. (If you are not infected with Cool Web Search it won't hurt anything.) If it asks you if a file name is random, write down the file name and tell it NO then ask us. You can always run the program again and say Yes if need be.
Now run Hijack This, click on Scan and copy the output and post it here and we will tell you which ones to check.

Re: Help- Optimized!
(You may have to remove these using Explorer in Safe Mode if they don't go away after you let HijackThis fix their run statements. Even if they do go away it would be wise to go into explorer and delete them.)
C:\Program Files\BroadJump\Client Foundation\CFD.exe

I think these are saying you have some restrictions in your system. These you may have put there yourself but I have seen bugs which would put their URLs in the Trusted zone and antivirus sites in the Restricted sites. If it lets you check them and you didn't put them in then go ahead and let it remove them if that doesn't work come back. I have a site which tells how to kill them.

Re: Help- Optimized!
I think this may be the Peper Trojan.
If telling HijackThis to get rid of it doesn't work you may have to follow these instructions.
http://www.mjc1.com/files/peperpage/
We want to get rid of these:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\VoqW.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Jcwu9.exe
