Outlook Express 5.0 configuration:
Two account of e-mail;
In received folder I've create two subfolder, userA and userB; when I send and receive every e-mail to userA goes in folder userA and every e-mail of userB goes in folderB.
Now I receive a lot ITRC forum message so I would move all in another folder.
Rules is "when from contains HP forums" move into folder forum; if I move forum message in receive folder and apply manually rule, message goes into right folder but when receive this rule can't work! Rules is 1.st to apply.
Can anybody help me?
Thanks
Antoniov

Solution
Hi, Antoniov. You makes follow steps
Open Outlook Express.
Create new contact with address mail "itrc.forums1@hp.com".
Create a new folder "ReceiveHP" into Mail Receive.
Click on Instruments -> Rules Messages -> Mail.
Insert new rule: Specific Contact "itrc.forums1@hp.com"
Move in Specific Folder "ReceiveHP".
Save this rule.
Now, if you receive a mail by HPForum, it put in ReceiveHP.
