i'm having trouble with my keyboard. i had all my internet hotkeys set awhile back but now none of them work. no text appears on my screen either when i hit any of them. no volume, no mute, no internet keys work. any help. my keyboard P/N 5185-1596 REV 1.5

Which is your O.S. ?
Tryed Panel Control, Keyoboard ?

It sounds like you've lost your Exteneded keyboard drivers. Try the above option and update your driver within keyboard properties.

If lost, follow this link to desktop drivers, select your product and find the extended Keyboard drivers
