Outlook Express 6 - configuration problem

on my pavillion 543x, received following
error message:

Configuration:
Account: newsgroups.bellsouth.net
Server: basic.bs.webusenet.com
User name: xxxxxxxx@bellsouth.net
Protocol: NNTP
Port: 119
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0d

ISP help desk is stumped. Servers are on line
and just cannot access newsgroups. HELP!???

Be sure that you set up authentication for the server, whith standard password (not encrypted) :

Response appreciated but that is not working
either. Thanx. Any other suggestions, the
ISP suggested Praying over it, but I'm not
Penetecostal.

Well.. Account should be any name you want it to be.

Server should be: newsgroups.bellsouth.net
not "basic.bs.webusenet.com"
basic.bs.webusenet.com looks like one of the discussions you want to subscribe to.

User name looks ok.

Well.. Account should be any name you want it to be.

not "basic.bs.webusenet.com"
basic.bs.webusenet.com looks like one of the discussions you want to subscribe to.
