"file upload has been cancelled error" with Web Publishign Wiz

I am trying to save an Outlook Calendar to our website. I am receiving the error "The file upload has been cancelled". The only article I can find suggests that the web server is not running on port 80, but I check ISM and the web server is running on TCP port 80 and ssl port 443. I am running Win2K Pro desktop running Office 2000 and trying to save to a Win2K Server Web Server.
