VBS/psyme

I have been informed by several people who go to my website that I have the VBS/psyme trojan somewhere in my files. When people visit my site they end up getting it stored in their temp files. Trouble is I know next to nothing about computers and although I have virus/adware scanned my computer etc I can't find it on my computer.
I have been told it might be some malicious code in my site but I wouldn't have a clue what it would look like, can anyone help me?
