NBossLog error

On all the NBossLog, on V3000BRI with version R6_5_18, have a full logs with error :



Dnld E DnldTask:: Could not open version file.



I don't know wath this error show me, i never seen yet.



If someone help me or show me waht is this error?

A device is looking to download and it cannot open a file . Is that all of the info in the logs ? A Mac address ? Any more info before or after the msg's ?



Do you have any other devices ? Polycom ? Citel etc ?



Could be a problem with a tel trying to download .

In NBX that i found on all logs every raw describe that error not have a 3dparty devices only 3Com devices Basic 3101 o 3101B and business 3102B.



Not Citel analog TEP or Polycom devices.



In effect i know wath the error show and say but all the devices works perfectly, only the bri on board thet connect to local provider will crash every one/two days a week.

Ignore it . Erroneous msg . Thats why we hide those messages as they can be non service affecting
