I have some NBX ATA's where some require dialing 9 and some don't.
Is there any way to make it uniform, either always dial 9 or never dial 9?
I don't see any setting in the NBX or the ATA to fix this.

check and make sure that the ATA extensions are in Table 1..
go to Dialplan/Tables, Internal 4 digit extensions, the ATA should be in there by default.. only thing
I can think of is it is not there for some reason and in a different table.

one other thing I thought of... some phones you can set so it will dial a "9" for you if you
dial say 9 digits.. so it would be the phone that is prepending the 9.. check the phone.. not
sure what kind you have or if it has this capability.
