Caller ID configuration
Hi All
I have a VCX V7.2 installed on IBM System i and today all phones are presenting the same number to the called party as follow (+33 1 41 01 11 11). Actually, I have sufficient DDA to attribute for certain phones.
In other words, I want to configure certain phones (extensions) to present their DDA. For example for (DDA = 1234) attributed to (extension = 1150), the presented number to the called party will be (+33 1 41 01 12 34) when a user uses him phone with (extension = 1150)
I don├втВмтДвt know where and how could I perform this case
Any one can help me ?
Thanks├втВмтДв in advance

Re: Caller ID configuration
You could make a number translation in AUTH. for example.ext 1150 needs to present +33 1 41 01 12 34
you create a pattern for both digit strings then create a translation where the source is the extension the resultant source is the full did destination is telco (9*) result dest remains teloco (9*). this will present out the DID to the gateway only not internal.
