Sustaining Support - What are y'all doing , who are continuing on the VCX platform in 2017 -> ?

Good day all...i'm sure there must be SOME of you who haven't transitioned away from our lovely, reliable VCX System.

 

what are you doing for 3rd party Support and Maintenance ? any recommendations out there?

also, anybody have the latest-LAST version of VCX_AA out there?

Eddie,

What exactly are you looking for?  VCX_AA?  Are you looking for the ACD software?  CAS software?  What version do you have?  I'll see what I can do for you.

As for 3rd parties doing VCX support, I could not recommend one over another as I'm not sure how many VARs are still out there supporting VCX.  I know there are some.
