I have 500 licenses for VCX Desktop Communicator but I can't find it, where can I download it?

I gave it a whirl but the closest that I got was

"No downloadable software available for the selected product" :-(

Is the software under any kind of support agreement or do you just have the licenses entitlement?

It would be worth having a word with your local hpe account tem and see if they are able to help you out.

If you have any plans to spend some budget on hpe hardware or software before the end of October that can often help.

Can you log into your account on My Networking?  The licenses should be there and downloadable.
