HP MSM430 Access point Trunk Port issue
Hey Guys,
I am new to HP access point and i have some issues which i have not been able to figure out.
I have three VLANs on an Access point as follows
VLAN 15 . Production
VLAN 25 . Guest
VLAN 100. Management.
This access point is connected to a trunk port on a cisco 2960 switch. when i plug the access point to the trunk port, everything works normally but i cannot ping the management port (10.40.100.5) but when i connect it to an access port on the csico switch, i am able to ping the interface but then only VLAN 100 works. How can i have this access point connected to the trunk port and be able to ping the interface? Thanks
