Issue with 3com OC ADSL router and images

I've got an OfficeConnect ADSL Wireless 54Mbps 11g Firewall Router, when the firewall is set to high Google Shopping can't display any images - this can be fixed when dropping the level to medium, however this is not what I want. Anyone know the right settings for the DoS detect criteria that can allow Google to display the shopping images correctly?

Should have added that it's running firmware 1.12.04.A (10 Sep 2010 17:19:34) which I believe is the latest version.
