Looking for cheap 10G network, HP network cards

Hi. Basically my choices is:

1. HP CN1000E

2. HP NC522SFP

3. HP NC523SFP

4. HP NC550SFP

5. HP NC552SFP

My attempt to google some reason in HP models lineup is failed.

Can someone tell me at least what of those is a most recent ones and have less power consumption?

Perhaps there is other cheap cards on ebay?

I also have mix-up environment with Linux FreeBSD PfSence and Windows 10. Perhaps some of those cards a more suitable for specific OSses?
